Dear Olde Creek Parents,

It is once again that time of year when we need to conduct our preschool survey. If you have a preschool-aged child at home who will reach their fifth birthday on or before September 30, 2025, please fill out the “Survey of Preschool Children” and return it to Olde Creek Elementary as soon as possible. Forms should be returned to Olde Creek no later than March 3, 2025.

Please pass this survey to parents in your neighborhood who have preschool children.  If you have any questions or need more forms, please call the school office at (703) 426-3100.
